  • Incorrect Subscription Product: If the product listed in your Subscribed Plans differs from what payment was made for, please report this discrepancy.

CANCELLATIONS

  • Subscription Services: All our services are offered on a subscription model, requiring regular payments to maintain access. If you choose to cancel a subscription, please note that refunds are not available for any unused portion of the billing cycle. However, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period, allowing you to fully utilize the service for the duration of the time you’ve paid for.
